We accept many forms of insurance; including Medicare, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, and Crescent. Please call us for more information or help answering questions about your policy.

No Insurance? No problem. we can set up a payment plan that works for you & your budget.

Charges for treatment:

Initial evaluation - 1 hour
Consultation including neuro-musculo-skeletal evaluation, special testing, & initial treatment - $85

Follow up visit – 30-45 minute session consisting of hands-on spinal & neuromuscular treatments, muscle re-education and strengthening, and therapeutic modalities to decrease painful symptoms - $50

Have your doctor’s office fax a prescription for physical therapy to 225-3839.

Note: you do not need a referral unless your insurance requires it.
